Spies, spirits, style launch Scottsdale Culinary Festival

The Scottsdale League for the Arts presents the Cocktail Society kickoff party Friday, April 12, with the theme Shaken, Not Stirred.

The event launches three days of food, fun and fundraising as part of the Scottsdale Culinary Festival weekend.

“The event showcases top-shelf spirits, 007-worthy cocktails from Phoenix’s top cocktail masters and culinary creations from 10 restaurants,” a release stated.

Entertainment will feature secret-agent-themed fun and live music.

The 21-and-over event starts at 7 p.m. and runs until 10:30 at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, 7380 E. 2nd St. Bond-inspired attire is encouraged.

Tickets are $75 online before April 1, then $85 online or $100 at the door. Visit scottsdalefest.org/tickets.

The Scottsdale Culinary Festival presented by the city of Scottsdale at the Scottsdale Civic Center Plaza follows the party on Saturday-Sunday, April 13-14, featuring local restaurants, culinary demonstrations, live music and more.
