Audiences have through May 19 to see the comedy, “Love & Money” presented by Theatre Artists Studio.

According to a press release, showtimes for A.R. Gurney’s comedy, “Love & Money,” are 7:30 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays; and 2 p.m. Sundays at Theatre Artists Studio, 12406 N. Paradise Village Parkway East in Scottsdale.

The cast consisting of studio members Patti Suarez, Judy Rollings and Jason Isaak with guest artists Jamal Peters and Shannon Clark will perform the play about a wealthy widow Cornelia Cunningham whose plan to donate almost everything she owns, before her “life of grace and privilege” ends, hits a snag, the release said.

The release detailed that an ambitious and ingratiating young man comes to claim his alleged inheritance. The show weaves wit and warmth (and the strains of Cole Porter) while demonstrating the trials of class, family, legacy, race into the story.

Tickets cost $25 for general admission; $20 for groups of 10 or more, seniors 65 and over and military members; $15 for children and students 25 and under, according to the release.
