Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage welcomes Patty Callahan, independent sales associate, to the Scottsdale 101 office.

New to the real estate business, Ms. Callahan brings a wealth of experience to the team from her years of management at American Express, according to a press release.

At American Express Ms. Callahan was the lead program manager in the Global Corporate Technologies group, where she oversaw all aspects of $1 million-plus technology projects.

Also, Ms. Callahan applied her business acumen to open two local hot yoga studios, which in 2013, 2014, and 2015 were voted among “The Best Yoga Studios in Phoenix” by Arizona Foothills Magazine, the release stated.

“My many years with a Fortune 100 company have made me very technology savvy as well as a strong negotiator,” said Ms. Callahan in the release. “Both of these skills will be assets to my performance in this new role.”

Ms. Callahan grew up in Kansas City, and both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. She has resided in the state for 42 years, 30 of which in Scottsdale, the release stated.

In her spare time, she enjoys healthy cooking, yoga, hiking, traveling, and fundraising for children’s, animal rescue, and military veterans’ charities.
