Mark Hiegel voted to Catholic Charities Community Services board of directors

Mark Hiegel, vice president and business development officer at Wells Fargo, has been elected to a three-year term on the Catholic Charities Community Services board of directors in Phoenix.

Mr. Hiegel was also the president and chief executive officer at the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, according to a press release.

“Mark has long been committed to the best interests of the community through his leadership positions and will be an invaluable asset to the board as we undertake our mission to help vulnerable men, women, children and families throughout Arizona,” Catholic Charities Board Chair Dr. Honora Norton said in a prepared statement.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo in June 2018, Mr. Hiegel served for nearly three years with the Scottsdale Chamber. Previously, he had been director of marketing and business development at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.

His experience also includes responsibilities as national communications manager for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and as managing partner at R&R Partners in Arizona.

He also spent several years with PepsiCo in New York where he was the on-premise managing director in Singapore, a release states.

Hiegel holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin.
