Scottsdale author releases new storybook on getting a puppy

Author Glenna Covino has announced the nationwide release of her new children’s book, “Two Boys and a Puppy.”

In “Two Boys and a Puppy,” two brothers love hunting, and they want a hunting dog. Then one day, the pet store owner surprised them with a gift: a cute, cuddly puppy. They happily accepted the gift, but on their way home, the boys started to worry.

Will this cuddly puppy turn into a hunting dog? If not, what then? Will they return it to the pet store owner or will they keep it? Find out how the puppy turns out and what the boys’ decision is in Covino’s “Two Boys and a Puppy.”

Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available through bookstores nationwide, from the publisher at www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, or by visiting barnesandnoble.com or amazon.com.

Ms. Covino wishes to make children smile when she tells her stories, according to a press release. The author, who loves children so much, feels that hugging a child is a privilege. She always made her eight children smile, and she hugged them often. She also never forgot the joy she felt from their hugs. Ms. Covino’s books are her gifts for children all over the world.
