Scottsdale City Council to host pancake breakfast fundraiser

The Scottsdale City Council is hosting a pancake breakfast with hopes of raising funds for the Scottsdale Historical Society.

The breakfast is slated to begin at 9 a.m. and run until 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15 at the Little Red Schoolhouse Historical Museum Courtyard, 7333 E. Scottsdale Mall, according to the event’s flier.

Event organizers are encouraging those who attend to donate $20 to the Scottsdale Historical Society.

The Scottsdale Historical Society is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization and is the primary historical resource for the community, according to the group’s website.

The Scottsdale Historical Society provides support for the Little Red Schoolhouse. The mission of the Scottsdale Historical Museum is to present, preserve, and interpret through research, exhibits and educational programming such as the prehistory, history, and cultural heritage of Scottsdale and the Southwest.
