HOA meeting laws topic of Sept. 28 Neighborhood College

Scottsdale’s free Neighborhood College series continues Monday, Sept. 28, with a session about laws governing homeowner association board meetings.

The session takes place from 6 to 7:45 p.m. at the Mustang Library, 10101 N. 90th St.

Discussion will not only cover HOA meeting laws, it will also provide helpful tips on how to conduct efficient board, committee and member meetings.
