Scottsdale resident, Sondra Engstrom, who went missing on Feb. 6, was located approximately 100 miles north of the Valley, Scottsdale police officials say.

The Scottsdale Police Department issued a notice for the public’s help in finding Ms. Engstrom, 79, on Thursday, Feb. 7, after she left her home for a dental appointment but never arrived at the dentist’s office.

“She is in good health and has been reunited with family,” Scottsdale PD spokesperson Kevin Watts said in a press release to media a few hours after the missing persons alert.
