The Scottsdale Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying possible additional victims in relation to a suspect that has been arrested for sexual conduct with a minor, according to officials.

On Dec. 17, a Scottsdale mother learned that her 13-year-old son was involved in a sexual relationship with a 19-year-old man, police stated.

An investigation revealed that Shea Dylan Butler Myers, 19, contacted the juvenile male online and they agreed to meet.

Myers met the juvenile male on Dec. 14 when the illegal sex acts occurred, police stated. Myers was arrested and he confessed to the crimes.

During the investigation, Myers also told detectives that he has committed similar crimes with other underage juvenile males in the past, police reported.

Anyone with information regarding additional victims are asked to contact the Scottsdale Police Department at 480-312-5000. Anonymous tips can be left online at or at 480-312-8477.
