Canal Convergence transforms Scottsdale Waterfront

The Scottsdale Waterfront is now filled with light, art and water for the return of Canal Convergence, happening Nov. 9-18.

Canal Convergence is an annual series of free educational activities and interactive events at the Scottsdale Waterfront, at approximately 7135 E. Camelback Road.

The event is surrounded by cutting-edge public art installations suspended above and placed throughout waterfront created by international and local artists.

Visitors to Canal Convergence will experience public art workshops, outdoor dance performances, community bike rides, a series of artist talks, poetry readings, and live music. There will also be various local food options as well as a beer and wine garden.

The schedule for Canal Convergence includes:

  • 4 p.m.–10 p.m. Friday – Saturday (Nov. 9–10 and 16–17)
  • 2 p.m.–8 p.m. Sunday (Nov. 11 and 18)
  • 2 p.m.–8 p.m. Monday (Veterans Day, Nov. 12)
  • 4 p.m.–8 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Nov. 13–15)
  • Information booth open every day at 2 p.m.
