Police seek help identifying suspected Scottsdale bank robber

The Scottsdale Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a suspect who robbed the Wells Fargo Bank located inside Albertson’s, 2785 N. Scottsdale Road, around 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 28.

The suspect is described as a white male, mid 50’s-to-early 60’s, 5-feet, 9-inches tall, weighing around 180 pounds, with gray hair, and unshaven, according to Scottsdale Police Department officials.

“He was last seen wearing a reddish long sleeved button down shirt, light colored slacks, dark colored belt, with a maroon ASU baseball cap with ‘Devils’ on the front,” according to a Scottsdale Police Department press release.

The suspect fled the bank on foot and no vehicle was seen, police said.
