Railroad Park welcomes regional model railroad convention

Model railroad trains, track displays and the people who love them will gather at Scottsdale’s McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park Sept. 16-20, for the annual conference of the National Model Railroad Associations’ Pacific Southwest Region.

There will be model train exhibits from around the state set up at the park plus a variety of tours and clinics, according to a press release.

The railroad park, 7301 E. Indian Bend Road, features train rides, a carousel, two playgrounds and a 10,000 square-foot model railroad building with several beautiful displays, stated the release.
