The city and its nonprofit partner, Desert Discovery Center Scottsdale, are hosting a “community conversations” phase of the planning process.

There will be a number of ways for residents to obtain information, including a series of public meetings beginning April 20-21.

Meetings will be:

  • 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 at Scottsdale’s Museum of the West, 3830 N. Marshall Way;
  • 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 21 at the Highlands Church Student Center, 9050 E. Pinnacle Peak Road.
    The agenda for both meetings will be the same, giving residents an opportunity to learn more whether they live or work in the central or northern part of Scottsdale.

For more information visit the city’s website at and search “Desert Discovery Center.”
