Scottsdale Independent Giveaway: enter to win Renaissance Festival tickets

You already love the Scottsdale Independent newspaper, why not get the newsletter delivered straight to your inbox every Thursday morning?

The newsletter is a digital compilation of the top stories posted to the website that week, six days before the print newspaper comes out. The Independent will be giving away one Renaissance Festival ticket per new newsletter sign-up. The Renaissance Festival opens Feb. 6 and will run 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays through March 27.

To sign up for the newsletter and receive your free ticket follow these three simple steps:

  1. Visit https://www.scottsdaleindependent.com/subscribe; choose the “Scottsdale Weekly Headlines” option, enter your e-mail address;
  2. A verification e-mail will be sent to your inbox with a confirmation link that must be clicked in order to receive newsletter and tickets;
  3. After confirming to receive the newsletter, send News Services Editor Melissa Fittro an e-mail stating your first and last name and preference of children or adult ticket.

If readers would prefer for Independent staff to sign them up for the newsletter, e-mail Melissa Fittro at mfittro@newszap.com stating the e-mail address in which they would prefer the newsletter to come to. A Renaissance Festival ticket is still be receivable with this option as well.
