The arrest stems from an incident that took place June 3 at 12:01 a.m.

In the incident a surveillance camera at Atelier Furniture, located at 4242 N. Craftsman Court, captured a male subject walking his dog off leash as he approached the front door of the business.

The male subject stopped, unzipped the front of his shorts, and urinated through the mail slot.  The urine soiled a rug and the delivered mail just inside the front door to the business.

In subsequent days the investigation identified Azari as the subject in the video. He was booked and released from the Scottsdale Jail on the listed charges.
