The Scottsdale Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in identifying two suspects wanted for armed robbery.

Two male suspects entered the Circle K store at 6744 E, McDowell Road at 5:55 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, according to a police report. They selected items for sale and approached the clerk at the cash register.

The first suspect reportedly pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money. The second suspect allegedly went around the counter and took money from the cash register. Both suspects fled the store on foot, police say.

Police claim the first suspect is described as a black male, 18 to 25 years old, 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-nine, wearing a black hoodie, black ball cap with “KING” on it, red shorts and his upper body wrapped in a light-colored blanket.

Police describe the second suspect as a Hispanic male, about the same height and age with short brown hair, wearing purple ski jacket and light-colored pants.
