Bloch: We shall not soon forget the misdeeds of Scottsdale’s 2018 election

Indeed, Ms. Campana, civility will return to Scottsdale, post election.

Jim Bloch

Yet we shall not soon forget, especially come the 2020 election, the havoc, the money spent, the untruths and deceptions promulgated, and those responsible for those unfortunate examples of self interest.

We shall not forget the folks on the City Council who bullied the citizens, called the citizens who were on the other side of Proposition 420 terrorists, and who authorized the million dollars plus of citizen’s tax dollars for an effort that only a few favored.

And we shall not forget those on the City Council who were against the proposition, but only after the citizens were able to get the issue on the ballot, flip flopped. And lets add to that the $111 per hour you were paid to push and misrepresent the proposition opposed by the few.

We shall not forget, we shall remember, how the “few” spent and diverted attention away from important community issues of the “many.”
