Celebrating the season at Xavier Preparatory High School

Xavier College Preparatory’s Mothers’ Guild hosted its 42nd annual Holiday Gala and Auction on Nov. 15, 2014.

The theme was “Journey Through Venice,” and student gondolieri spent the evening navigating approximately 500 guests through the waterways, nooks, and crannies of Old Venice.

The event was chaired by Xavier parent Susan Hoskyns and featured a silent auction, a delicious dinner, a live auction, and an after-party in Xavier’s very own “Harry’s Bar” of Hemingway fame.

All proceeds raised benefit Xavier’s Legacy of Leadership Capital Campaign, which continues to fund the school’s Chapel of Our Lady, Founders Hall, Petznick Field, and Activity Center renovation.
