Giants, D-backs spring training tickets go on sale this week

The Arizona Diamondbacks individual tickets for all 2015 Spring Training games at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick will go on sale this Saturday at 10 a.m., and tickets for the San Francisco Giants games at Scottsdale Stadium go on sale Tuesday, Feb. 13.

The World Series champion Giants open their home Cactus League schedule 1:05 p.m. Wednesday, March 4 against the Oakland A’s.

Tickets to all home games can be purchased at the stadium box office from 10 a.m. to noon weekdays in January, or by calling 1-877-4SFGTIX.

Beginning Monday, Feb. 2, the stadium box office hours will expand to 10 a.m.-5 p.m weekdays.

The first 100 fans to purchase 2015 D-backs Spring Training tickets at the Salt River Fields at Talking Stick Box Office will receive tickets to the Street Eats Festival that will take place at Salt River Fields Feb. 7-8.

azd_alogo_rgbComplimentary coffee and pastries will also be provided to fans that purchase tickets at the box office from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday.

Tickets for all games at Salt River Fields, including the D-backs vs. ASU game, are priced from $9 to $28. General admission lawn seating that will hold 4,000 people will be $9 and tickets for 7,000 reserved seats in the seating bowl range $19-$28.

Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, a shared Spring Training complex between the D-backs and Colorado Rockies, exceeded 300,000 fans in 2014 for the fourth consecutive season and is the only Spring Training venue to do so in Major League Baseball. In addition, the D-backs set a single-game complex attendance record in 2014 with 12,871 fans on March 16 versus Milwaukee.

Pitchers and catchers will report to Salt River Fields Feb. 19 with their first workout on Feb. 20. Position players will report Feb. 24 with the first full-squad workout Feb. 25.

Workouts are open to the public, and fans may park in the Desert Lot on the north side of the complex, which is best accessed via 90th Street off of Via de Ventura.

The D-backs open their 18th Spring Training on March 3 at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick with an exhibition game against Arizona State University as part of an annual Collegiate Series.
