PHX3on3 basketball tournament returns to Phoenix in February

The third annual PHX3on3 basketball tournament, presented by Ak-Chin Indian Community hits the pavement around Talking Stick Resort Arena on Feb. 13-14.

PHX3on3 will feature teams of all ages and skill levels. The tournament divisions will include Youth/Teen (8 yrs. -19 yrs.), Adult (20 yrs. and above), Adult Elite, Special Olympics, and Wheelchair.

With 40 courts surrounding Talking Stick Resort Arena and several additional streets in downtown Phoenix, the city landscape will be transformed into a giant basketball playground paradise, for both players and spectators.

PHX3on3 is a family-friendly event and will also include a Youth Fun Zone area, Fan Fest, Slam Dunk contest, local celebrity appearances, media 3on3 contest and more. A Sport Court Center Court will feature a Slam Dunk competition along with a media game and other skills contests.

Games take place 8 a.m.-5 p.m. both days. Talking Stick Resort Arena is located at 201 E. Jefferson St., Phoenix.
