From novices to professional riders, the 13th annual Tour de Scottsdale on Oct. 9, is a great fit for any cycling enthusiast.

Hosted by DC Ranch, the annual cycling event offers 70- and 30-mile routes which wind around the McDowell Sonoran Preserve encompassing mountainous views of Scottsdale, Carefree, and Fountain Hills. Every mile benefits the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy, the organization that stewards the preserve.

In addition to the picturesque ride, cyclists and spectators can browse the vendor expo which includes food, live music, cycling-related retailers and specialists.

The Tour will be capped at 2,000 cyclists, so participants should register soon to get a spot and receive early bird pricing, according to a press release.
